General terms !
☆ Please maintain appropriate communication throughout the commission process. If this cannot be upheld, I have the right to cancel the commission at any stage of completion.
☆ Under any circumstances, I do not permit my art at any stage of completion to be used for NFT’s. It is strictly prohibited, no exceptions.
☆ Under any circumstances, I do not permit my art at any stage of completion to be used for AI training or anything similar. It is strictly prohibited, no exceptions.
☆ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
☆ All commissions are for personal use only!
☆ If you do not want me to use your commission in my portfolio as an example, please tell me beforehand.

Process!
☆ I will begin the commission after the first half of the payment has been received.
☆ There are 5-6 stages of my work: Rough Draft, Sketch, Line Art, Color, Shading, and Background (optional).
☆ Major changes (such as pose, outfit, composition, etc.) are allowed during the rough draft and sketch phases.
☆ All commissions include a simple background or no background at all. You may choose the background color, with the standard being white.

Communication!
☆ For the best response time, inquire about the commission through my Discord or Email, Though, Bluesky, X(/Twitter), Instagram, and Tumblr is alright. Please do not contact me through anything else.
☆ Please provide visuals (Reference, art, IRL photo) of who / what you want me to draw, as well as specific and clear instructions of what you want.
☆ If anything putting my progress on your commission on pause comes up, you will be notified right away.

Payment and Refunds!
☆ All Prices are in USD!
☆ A 50% upfront payment is required. Once I provide the completed sketch, the remaining balance must be paid before I continue working on the piece.
☆ Payments are accepted exclusively via PayPal.
☆ No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed. If you choose to cancel the commission before I have finished the sketch, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
☆ If I am unable to start or complete the commission, a partial or full refund will be issued. The refund amount will be determined based on the stage of completion of the artwork.
☆ If two weeks pass after I have sent the completed sketch without any communication or the remaining payment, I will assume you are no longer interested, and the second half of the commission will be canceled.

☆ If you post or use the artwork on your social media, you must credit me.
☆ You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, remove any watermarks or signatures, alter the artwork without my consent, or claim it as your own.
